Support for National Monuments

The Partnership for Responsible Business is pleased to support the efforts of local businesses, in partnership with the New Mexico Green Chamber of Commerce, to establish the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument. Consisting of over 500,000 acres, the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument was designated by President Obama on May 21, 2014. On March 25, 2013, President Obama designated 240,000 acres of BLM lands in Taos County at the Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument.
